The challenge

A trusted local shop with loyal customers, but its website drew only about 120 visits a month from Google. The homepage showed up in search around 5,000 times a month and was clicked less than 1% of the time, and there was no way to see which visits turned into calls.

What we did

  • Added FAQ structured data to the key service pages, so Google and AI tools can read the answers directly.
  • Cleaned up the backlink profile by disavowing low-quality links pointing at the site.
  • Sped the site up to a Google PageSpeed score of 99 on mobile and 96 on desktop.
  • Set up call and form tracking, so every lead is counted and traced back to its source.
  • Researched and planned new content for vehicle-specific searches like Toyota, Nissan and Honda repair.

The challenge

A popular club whose website mostly ranked for its own name, with few searches beyond it, and no tracking to show which visits turned into calls or bookings.

What we did

  • Added structured data across every page of the site, so Google and AI assistants understand the club, its courts and its lessons.
  • Built a thank-you page for form submissions and set up call and lead tracking.
  • Kept the site fast, with PageSpeed scores of 96 on mobile and 95 on desktop.
  • Researched and planned content for searches beyond the club’s name, such as lessons, leagues and court rentals.
  • Tracked priority keywords every month and reported what changed and why.

How we measure results

Every number on this page comes from the client’s own Google Analytics or Google Search Console account, the same data the business owner sees. We don’t quote estimates from third-party SEO tools, and we show the exact months we compared so you can see the before and the after.

Client names are kept private to protect their businesses.
